It
was one of our customer's comments that helped to start our National
Courier Delivery Service. We were continually asked if the Relay
Service flowers would be as fresh or as unusual as ours. Unfortunately,
no guarantee could ever be given - flowers sent via a relay service
are only as good as the receiving florist's stock and skill. We
now send the fresh flowers our customers have always enjoyed,
to their family and friends.
There are many ways of organising a delivery of flowers; relay
services; supermarkets; high street stores; newspaper advertisements;
and the Internet. Many of them make the promise of "the best
quality, the greatest quantity, the cheapest in town and the fastest
delivery". Yet all these ingredients combined can result
in a compromise to the customer. |
